Budgetair is very good website and the price is better than others.

Flights booked in July 2022 travelling from UK to Thailand April 2023. Received payment confirmation and flight booking reference straight away .Logged into airlines website following day with the booking reference and booking is live on airlines system . Great so far . Thanks.

Although read a lot of bad stuff online, I did receive the e-Tickets within the 24 hours duration.

I am giving 1 start because I don't have any no star option... how can service providing company not have a telephone number..!... that's absolute rubbish... I am wondering how they get that 3.8 stars... its impossible with this customer service options....

Quick and easy to book

I have given a 1 star as there is no options for no stars. The worse people who like playing with other peoples emotions. Gave me a confirmation when me and my children got to the airport the lady and the counter said you are not on the bookings and your ticket doesn’t even have a ticket number you can not travel. Me and my kids hadn’t been out the country for 9 years our first trip going somewhere and it was ruined. They lie to you take you money they are worst people on this Earth. Don’t EVER TRUST THEM. They said we got bad reviews during Covid time well what is their excuse today? Nothing apart from them being cheater and lier’s you should be punished for how you play around with peoples emotions. I want to write so much more but I don’t want to waste my time on them like had wasted all these days. DON’T EVER BOOK WITH THEM !!!!!!

I have given you a four-star rating because the person who did the book on my behalf did not seem to have any issues. I honestly cannot say more than that.

Won't refund cancelled flights.
Always says the process takes from 12-22 weeks. And not even after that they refund. Scam-site.

Where do I begin? booked a flight with this agency which then got cancelled. I had to contact them to let them know that it had been cancelled and I was owed a refund - they have no phone number to call and their chat window is answered 100% by a bot, I had to press on miscellaneous just to be able to send them an email. They then evaded the whole situation and claimed that they couldn't give me a refund if I wanted to cancel my flight. I contacted the airline and got them involved. BudgetAir finally acknowledged the cancelled flight, and told me they would claim a refund and THEN pay me back. 5 weeks on I emailed them asking where's my refund, and they said it can take 6-8 weeks. Week 8 is now over, and their excuse is that the airline has not refunded them. I contacted the airline, and they confirmed that the BudgetAir has not even requested a refund yet.
I am sick of having to deal with these people's constant excuses and generic apologies, and bare in mind that every time I get an email back it's from a different person with a different middle-eastern/indian name. ".co.UK"? yeah right... currently seeking legal proceedings. Have never had a struggle of this degree with any other company in my life, currently seeking legal advice

Do not book any flight with them i have booked my flight 2-3 month ago i have my flight next week just got a email saying airline canceled your flight there is no number for me to contact them it says live chat but its actually robot not helping me and I bought ticket few month ago for £540 now i need to pay £900 for same flight this is ridiculous worse company ever please people do not book anything from them
